Portoro is a vacation rental company that works with second-home owners in destination markets across the US. We’re looking for a full-time SDR who lives in the outbound world: calling, emailing, texting, and keeping our owner lead database sharp.
If you like the phone, like a clean CRM, and want clear numbers to hit every day, this is the role.
Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to vacation rental owners across multiple markets.
Run multi-channel outreach: calls, email, text, light mailer follow-up.
Book qualified meetings for our Director of Business Development and local General Managers.
Keep our HubSpot database clean, accurate, and up to date (no junk records, no mystery leads).
Update lead statuses, notes, and tasks after every touch.
Follow and improve our scripts, email templates, and sequences based on what works.
Provide simple weekly reports: dials, conversations, meetings set, and list quality feedback.
