Sales Development Representative

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research, and initiating meaningful outreach to build a strong sales pipeline. What you'll be expected to do:

Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing them to our offerings, and qualifying leads through effective conversations.

Lead Qualification: Identify, nurture, and qualify new leads from various channels (cold calls, email outreach, Linkedin etc.)

Sales Tools: Utilize a variety of sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms, lead generation tools, etc.) to track, manage, and update prospect information effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on sales strategies.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, tracking prospect interactions and conversion progress in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and qualification targets set by the sales team.
