What You'll Do
The Sales Development Representative for our Payments Team is responsible for driving adoption of Tekmetric Payments within our existing customer base. This role focuses exclusively on engaging current Tekmetric users who have not yet activated our integrated payments experience. You will contact shops, share the operational value of switching to integrated payments, qualify interest, and book attended demos with our Payments Specialists.
You will manage a list-based outbound motion and work closely with the Payments team to prioritize accounts based on usage and readiness signals. This role requires a strong understanding of merchant services, excellent customer empathy, and the ability to operate in a new and evolving sales motion. Success will come from delivering high quality customer interactions and driving consistent attended demos that support expansion revenue.
