About the Role
Guardsquare is looking for a driven and high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Boston office and support our growth across the North American and Canadian markets.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience in business development and thrives in a high-velocity, result driven environment. You enjoy the SDR craft, are excited by hitting (and exceeding) your numbers, and are motivated by performance. You see SDR not just as a stepping stone, but as a role where you can excel, grow, and make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by owning both outbound prospecting, inbound lead and partner referral qualification.
Your responsibilities will include:
