About the Role
We’re in search of a Sales Development Representative who wastes no time and can contribute to Flare’s next big growth phase. In this role, you’ll be building and managing a pipeline from a mix of outbound, inbound and partner leads, turning opportunities into results.
You’ll understand your territory inside out, focus on value-based selling, and keep things on track with accurate forecasting and clean pipeline management. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact role where your hustle and skills will make a real difference.

What will keep you busy...

  • Generate highly qualified opportunities for the sales team through effective discovery during phone meetings
  • Follow up and nurture leads in your pipeline to maximise conversions
  • Research potential customers and uncover new leads via channels like social media, email marketing, and cold calling
  • Demonstrate team values, maintain a positive outlook, and actively seek feedback
  • Contribute to a strong team culture by participating in discussions and team meetings

What we'd love to see from you...

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development, with success in hitting targets
  • A hunter mentality with a curiosity about finding and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated to achieving results, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Analytical problem solver specialising in solution-based sales strategies and effective management of a high-volume sales pipeline
  • Experience in positioning tech solutions and building cross-functional relationships is a bonus
