Job Summary

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with prospective clients—generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for Account Executives. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by performance-based growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness.
  • Book appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Use CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to track activities.
  • Research industries, companies, and contacts to personalize outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred but not required for entry-level roles).
  • Comfortable conducting high volume outbound calls (80-100+)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and a positive, coachable attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote setup with reliable internet and tech tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.
