The position and your daily adventures
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 4 times per week and if you have a great performance you can earn 1 more day of home office.
What you can expect:
We have exciting plans ahead and will be expanding our Sales Development Representative team to support our ambitious B2B growth roadmap.
As an SDR at Klar, you will be the first line of engagement with prospective business clients, playing a crucial role in converting high-quality leads into qualified opportunities, fueling the sales pipeline and accelerating Klar’s B2B growth.
You will gain a 360º view of how a fintech GTM engine is built and have a real impact from day one, focusing on the top of the sales funnel, prospecting leads, qualifying them and guiding them through the enrollment process. The goal is to generate a strong pipeline of qualified prospects with a high credit approval rate for the sales team.
