About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales function and help drive pipeline growth. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound lead activities, maintain accurate CRM data, assist with sales materials, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue goals.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, communication, and operational excellence. You will be a key partner to the sales team, helping ensure that every prospect interaction is well informed, timely, and aligned with our company’s brand and goals.

1. Lead & Prospect Management
- Follow up with inbound leads promptly and professionally.
- Qualify new leads and assess fit before passing them to the sales team.
- Research potential prospects and gather intelligence on target accounts.
- Segment and maintain prospect lists for campaigns or outreach efforts.

Nurture cold leads through emails, calls, or social touchpoints.
2. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update CRM records, including contacts, accounts, deals, and notes.
- Ensure all sales data is accurate, complete, and actionable.
- Create and manage automated workflows, reminders, and pipeline notifications.
- Generate reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and key metrics.

Track conversion trends, deal velocity, and campaign performance.
3. Sales Collateral & Presentation Support
- Assemble and customize proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
- Maintain updated sales collateral, templates, and case studies.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.

Prepare one-pagers, email sequences, and targeted client materials.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
- Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team.
- Manage contract logistics, approvals, and signature collection.
- Maintain internal sales documentation, playbooks, and templates.

Occasionally support client events, webinars, or lead-generation campaigns.
5. Prospecting & Outbound Support
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities or target accounts.
- Assist in outbound email, social, or phone campaigns under sales leadership direction.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar for prospecting.

Track prospect engagement and support ongoing outreach efforts.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Analyze sales performance, lead sources, and conversion metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategy.

Monitor KPIs and identify gaps or opportunities in the sales process.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales initiatives.
- Ensure smooth lead handoffs to account managers.
- Collaborate with operations or finance teams on quoting, contracts, or billing needs.
- Suggest process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3 - 4 years in sales support, sales operations, SDR, or a similar role. (Experience in a B2B marketing agency is a plus.)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CRM experience required; HubSpot
- Comfortable with prospecting, research, and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and metrics.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and within a small team.
