The Role

Do you love connecting and building relationships with others? Are you energized by the opportunity to help healthcare organizations create better experiences for patients and staff? Are you looking for an SDR role that values thoughtful, strategic outreach? If so, we want to meet you!

We’re a remote-first team looking for someone who understands healthcare, recognizes the challenges providers face, and is genuinely aligned with our mission to make healthcare easier for everyone.

This is not a role built around 200 generic cold touches a day. This is a highly consultative role where your job is not to send the same email to everyone. It’s to understand what each organization is struggling with, share relevant insight, and become a trusted source of information and education that prospects actually want to hear from. It’s through this consultative, relationship-driven approach that you’ll turn warm leads into high-quality opportunities for our sales team.

What We're Looking For:

Tenacity: You won’t reach out once and move on. You stay consistent, follow up thoughtfully, and nurture relationships over time instead of relying on a single touchpoint.

Consultative Communication: You go beyond generic outreach to create conversations that feel relevant, valuable, and helpful. You ask thoughtful questions, listen well, and position yourself as a trusted source of insight, education, and guidance, not just someone trying to schedule a meeting.

Strategic Prospecting: You prioritize quality over quantity. You take the time to research accounts, understand what a prospect may be experiencing, and tailor your outreach accordingly. You know that personalized, well-informed communication creates better results than high-volume messaging.

Relationship Building: You enjoy building genuine connections and know how to cultivate trust over time. You’re comfortable nurturing leads, building credibility across multiple touchpoints, and fostering the kind of rapport that inspires and motivates prospects to genuinely engage

Healthcare Industry Acumen: You understand the healthcare technology space and can speak credibly to the challenges providers face, connecting those challenges to meaningful solutions in a way that resonates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and target key accounts across healthcare organizations, including provider practices, hospitals, and EHR vendors.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound channels to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Take a consultative approach to outreach by learning each organization’s challenges, sharing helpful insight, and building trust over time.
  • Collaborate with sales to qualify leads, articulate the value of InteliChart solutions, and address customer pain points.
  • Consistently meet and exceed pipeline goals while focusing on quality conversations over volume alone.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Bombora, Clay, and ZoomInfo to uncover account signals, personalize outreach, and improve results.
  • Maintain clean data in our CRM by updating key account and contact details.
  • Stay open to feedback, adapt quickly, and grow with the business as our strategy continues to evolve.

Experience Needed

  • 1+ years of experience qualifying leads and prospecting in Healthcare SaaS Industry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other similar marketing tools
