Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, adjusting strategy as needed
  • Book 20–30 qualified appointments per month across active accounts
  • Make 70–100 outbound calls daily, primarily targeting US-based B2B companies
  • Track and analyze outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to optimize performance
  • Maintain accurate activity records in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply.io, Expandi.io, Instantly, and Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with account teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter in a B2B outbound sales environment
  • Proven success in cold calling and lead generation for US-based markets
  • Proficient with outbound sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to shifting client priorities
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience at a lead generation or sales enablement agency
  • Familiarity with SaaS, MarTech, or B2B service industries
  • Analytical mindset and ability to act on performance data
