Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or Crunchbase
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound cold email, cold calling, and social selling
  • Execute personalised outreach to key decision-makers in HR, marketing, product, and tech roles
  • Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain CRM data (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) with detailed activity tracking
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for lead generation and meetings booked

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and cold outreach
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of outbound calls and outreach daily
  • Experience in or familiarity with SaaS, AI, HR Tech, or MarTech industries
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and spoken
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, international environment
  • Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
