As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building valuable relationships as a part of an ambitious Sales and Marketing team. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, promoting the benefits of Go1's learning aggregator, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. In this hybrid role, collaboration with the sales team in person will support your success!


Your Responsibilities:

  • Start meaningful conversations with the right people (L&D Managers, HR Directors) to help solve their e-learning challenges.

  • Carry out outbound prospecting activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) with a high daily contact volume.

  • Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.

  • Secure meetings for Account Executives by following up, making outbound calls, and sending messages.

  • Identify key decision-makers within organisations and build trust through your confidence and communication skills.

  • Analyse the needs of potential clients to propose tailored solutions.

  • Accurately update our CRM (Salesforce) to track lead interactions and activities.

  • Stay up to date on market trends to position Go1 as the go-to content solution for corporate learning.

  • Share ideas and insights in team meetings to improve our sales and marketing processes.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Your Profile:

  • You’re passionate about sales and eager to exceed your targets and make a real impact.

  • You’re determined and resilient—you know how to handle the challenges of being an SDR.

  • You’re ambitious—this role is often a stepping stone toward becoming an Account Executive.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with outbound calls.

  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

  • Experience in the HR or training sector is a plus, but not required.

  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken, with a focus on the South EMEA market (primarily France).

  • Fluency in German is a plus.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays €35,000 on a 70/30 uncapped commission plan. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
