The Mission

You will be our local presence in Belgium, acting on the commercial front line for the European market. You will connect potential clients with our team of experts in Brazil, identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and represent Ateliware in person at meetings and events.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Active Prospecting: Identify and approach companies (from startups to established enterprises) that need high-performance development teams, Artificial Intelligence solutions, or management system implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).

  • Consultative Sales: Lead meetings to deeply understand client challenges, focusing on how technology can reduce costs or increase operational efficiency.

  • Local Presence and Travel: Visit clients across Belgium and neighboring countries. Participate in innovation hubs and industry events to build your network.

  • Collaboration With Brazil: Work in direct alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership in Brazil. Report opportunities and help adapt our offering to local market needs.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Belgium-Based: You are a resident of Belgium.

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, software, or consulting services.

  • Strong Communication: You can engage decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs) clearly and professionally, focusing on business outcomes rather than technical language.

  • Languages: Fluent English and Dutch are essential. French is a strong plus.

  • Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent regional travel and attending events during business and networking hours.
