The Opportunity 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at XR, you will be a key driver of pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across brands, agencies, and media companies. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate high-quality meetings and help organizations understand how XR’s solutions transform creative operations and financial workflows. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn enterprise SaaS sales, ad tech, and the media ecosystem. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and inbound lead follow-up 
  • Qualify contacts based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline 
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) 
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing 
  • Develop a strong understanding of XR’s products, use cases, and customer personas 
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets 
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs 

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or tech preferred) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of motivation, curiosity, and resilience 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales tools 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in ad tech, martech, media, SaaS, or fintech 
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
