Your Mission

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify inbound leads from SMEs across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and close deals where appropriate – working closely with Account Executives on larger opportunities.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Research and connect with target businesses via outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Revenue Growth: Contribute to vaylens’ growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account expansion.
  • Market Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the DACH e-mobility landscape, local incentives, and customer needs to position vaylens’ software as the go-to solution.
  • CRM Mastery: Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, digital fulfillment, and customer success to refine lead conversion strategies.
  • Education & Outreach: Represent vaylens as a trusted advisor by educating prospects about our Charging solutions and their local benefits.

Your Profile

  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (both required).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales development, lead generation, or business development – ideally in SaaS, tech, or e-mobility.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with SMEs.
    • Strong organizational skills and a performance-driven mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Energetic, curious, and proactive with a “get-it-done” attitude.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment.
