Job Summary:

Creative Chaos is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound SDR to manage all incoming sales inquiries. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond Promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs).
  • Conduct Initial Outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
  • Schedule Meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot.
  • Nurture Cold Leads who aren’t ready to buy yet—add them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing.
  • Monitor and Triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
  • Collaborate Closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
  • Provide Feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, persuasive).
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Comfort with phone outreach and handling objections or questions from prospects.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented — you don’t let leads slip through.
  • Self-starter: you’re proactive, responsive, and accountable.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiar with email tools, calendar scheduling platforms, SMS platforms, and sales enablement tools.
