We are looking for a Mid Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team at BOOL. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating new business opportunities and nurturing our sales pipeline. If you have a proactive mindset, love a challenge, and want to grow with an impact-driven company, this opportunity is for you!


What You'll Do 💼


  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage new potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to spark interest in our training solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from our marketing campaigns, ensuring they match our ideal customer profile.
  • Research & Analysis: Research target industries and accounts to build strategic and relevant lists of key contacts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your activities in our CRM, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups for all contacts.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize our messaging and campaigns based on market feedback.
  • Metrics Reporting: Regularly track and report on your performance metrics, such as leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.


About You 👈


  • 2+ year of experience in B2B / SaaS / tech / SDR or inside sales role (or equivalent).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese & English.
  • Confidence doing cold outreach; resilient, resilient, resilient!
  • Organised, proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently but also within a team.
  • Comfortable using CRM / sales tools.
  • Experience in IT Consulting services, software / tech
