Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and source potential clients through research, platforms, and outbound channels
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business needs
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
- Support the BD team with market insights and competitor analysis
Sales & Client Support
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Act as an initial point of contact for inbound and outbound leads
- Support handover of qualified leads to Client Solutions or Sales teams
Pipeline & Reporting
- Track lead progress and sales pipeline updates
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates
- Ensure accurate documentation and data hygiene in systems
Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
- Work closely with Business Development, Client Solutions, and Marketing teams
- Support campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation processes and workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or lead generation (tech or B2B environment preferred)
- Strong research, organisation, and communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building
- Ability to work independently in a lean, collaborative environment
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
