Sales Development Representative

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify and source potential clients through research, platforms, and outbound channels
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business needs
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
  • Support the BD team with market insights and competitor analysis

 

Sales & Client Support

  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
  • Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Act as an initial point of contact for inbound and outbound leads
  • Support handover of qualified leads to Client Solutions or Sales teams

 

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Track lead progress and sales pipeline updates
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data hygiene in systems

 

Collaboration & Growth Initiatives

  • Work closely with Business Development, Client Solutions, and Marketing teams
  • Support campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to improve lead generation processes and workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or lead generation (tech or B2B environment preferred)
  • Strong research, organisation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, collaborative environment
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
