Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalised emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, adapting strategies per client and market segment.
  • Achieve and exceed 20–30 appointments per month across your active projects.
  • Make 70–100 cold calls daily, primarily targeting US-based B2B decision-makers.
  • Track and analyse outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply.io, Expandi.io, Instantly, and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with account teams to optimise scripts, messaging, and targeting criteria.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter within a B2B outbound sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation for US-based markets.
  • Strong familiarity with outbound outreach tools and CRMs.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns without compromising quality or speed.
  • Analytical thinker who understands performance data and continuously improves results.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English.
