Contact Enrichment & Data Research: Experienced in using tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, and SalesIQ to find and verify prospects' contact details
CRM & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking prospect interactions and pipeline progress
Languages: Native or fluent English & Romanian or Czech
Location: Poland
Industry Experience: Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales preferred
Experience:
1-3 years in a BDR/SDR role within a fast-paced, high-growth company
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution
Ability to adapt messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments
