Sales Development Representative | $40K-$50K ($100K OTE) + Equity | High-Growth AI Legal SaaS Startup

Our client is profitable with a proven successful sales model and is looking to grow their sales team to help generate revenue. Whether you have previous sales experience or no sales experience, their successful proven sales model along with their coaching/training model will set you up for success. Their Sales Development Representatives have already surpassed the quota mentioned in this job ad with their sales model.

The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • The contact information for the leads and accounts you’re targeting will be provided for you.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update lead data in Salesforce.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, legal tech innovations, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed the monthly quota of 30 leads for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial, smart critical thinker, and determined attitude with a massive drive to meet targets has equal value to sales experience.
  • Must be coachable and accepting of constructive feedback to hit sales metrics. 
  • Legal tech industry experience or legal background is a big bonus.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of working well independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule.
  • Excited to work in a startup environment and have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
