  • Enter customer orders into SAP. Generate release requests to accounts receivable.
  • Collection and answer to all questions from Customers
  • Generate reports for customers and controlling
  • Open orders follow up reports: Details of open orders - check the delivery dates accuracy in SAP
  • Debit & Credit Notes OB creation (after monitoring the stock)
  • Orders modifications (split lines, changes delivery date requests requests, partial shipments)
  • Coordinate special deliveries
  • Requests to LDC (E.g., Documentation, priorities in outbound, general information about delivery status)
  • Proxy of Customer Service Rep during vacations
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics areas
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in administrative
  • Business English
  • SAP handling and Microsoft parcels
