About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and business-driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee a high-end men’s suit tailoring boutique located in DFC. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue through outbound lead generation via offices, corporate clients, and networking channels.
  • Develop partnerships with corporates, concierge services, and high-net-worth networks.
  • Conduct client consultations, present fabric options, upsell packages, and close sales.
  • Maintain and grow a CRM database to ensure repeat and referral business.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations and ensure efficient workflow between tailoring, fittings, and customer appointments.
  • Coordinate with tailors and production teams to ensure timely delivery of garments.
  • Manage inventory of fabrics, accessories, and supplies; oversee procurement and stock control.
  • Generate regular sales, operations, and performance reports.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance as a brand representative.
  • Deliver a premium, personalized client experience during all interactions.
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor boutique staff including sales personnel and tailors.
  • Train new employees on customer service standards and product knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure operational discipline.

Administrative Duties

Requirements

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-end boutique environment.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
