Job Description:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand our client base through cold calling.
- Attend to all sales enquiries on various platforms, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
- Create customer orders on the admin system and allocate appointments on Handyman apps.
- Prepare quotations after receiving updates from the operations team.
- Follow up on quotations with customers to close deals.
- Share the company portfolio and inform customers about our in-house services.
- Coordinate with the operations team when customers request clarification on job quotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
