Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and play a key role in supporting our sales team to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence in the leisure sector across the various markets. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks and proactive sales support activities designed to streamline operations and capitalize on market opportunities. The individual can be located in any of the 4 above mentioned locations (i.e. Athens, Thessaloniki, Corfu or Cyclades).

As a Sales Coordinator you are expected to deliver measurable results and contribute significantly to our business objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage administrative tasks including meeting organization, presentation creation, and correspondence, along with maintaining precise CRM records for tracking sales and customer interactions.
  • Market research, analysis of competitors, and support of the formulation and execution of strategies to boost revenue and market share in various markets.
  • Coordinating and participating in sales events and trade shows to increase brand visibility, while handling client inquiries and ensuring top-notch customer service to foster strong relationships.

 

This role demands a highly motivated and skilled individual who excels in supporting strategic sales efforts, driving business growth, and strengthening brand recognition in the assigned market(s).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years in hotel sales coordination, hotel sales, or administrative support within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems) is preferred and understanding of hotel operations, reservations, and revenue management.
  • Communication & Relationship Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Professionalism in handling customer inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Organizational & Administrative Skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in preparing reports, contracts, and sales presentations.
