The Sales Consultant inspects the market and sells Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.
- Implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to attain the monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
- Identify potential clients, business opportunities and decision makers by prospecting the market.
- Deliver sales presentations for prospects following Boecker® standards and applying the butterfly selling technique.
- Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.
- Develop ideas and create offers for target clients using all necessary sales kits and marketing tools.
- Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance client relationships through preplanned courtesy calls and visits.
- Respond to client’s needs and follow up with concerned parties on all aspects of their request.
- Educate clients on the processes that will enable them to gain the most value from Boecker® services.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant report when necessary.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to offer the service that caters to the client’s needs and concerns.
- Prepare detailed offers, follow up till the offer becomes a contract and handle after-sales follow-up.
- Handle renewals of contracts, when applicable.
- Communicate effectively new sales and renewals to Operations Department.
- Handle the client’s data accurately and timely on Boecker® systems.
- Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company’s services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or its equivalent
- 4+ years of experience Business Development/Sales and B2B selling in relevant markets
- Highly skilled in client management and delivering presentations
- Knowledge of public health industry and marketing trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
