المهام والمسؤوليات:

المبيعات العقارية

• بيع العقارات السكنية والتجارية من مخزون الشركة.
• إجراء جولات ميدانية للعقارات، وتقديم المعلومات، والتفاوض على العروض نيابة عن العملاء.
• فهم متطلبات العملاء
• التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم العقارية وتفضيلاتهم.

توليد العملاء المحتملين

• توليد ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين لتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
• تطوير والحفاظ على شبكة مهنية قوية لتعزيز فرص الأعمال.
• تحليل السوق
• البقاء على اطلاع دائم على اتجاهات السوق، وقيم العقارات، والعروض التنافسية.
• تزويد العملاء بمعلومات دقيقة ومحدثة عن السوق.
• إدارة علاقات العملاء
• التأكد من أن العملاء على دراية بالوحدات العقارية المتاحة، بما في ذلك ميزاتها وفوائدها وأسعارها.
• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لتعزيز الثقة والولاء.
• الحفاظ على التواصل المنتظم مع العملاء لمواكبة أي تغييرات في احتياجاتهم العقارية وتقديم الدعم المستمر.
• العروض التوضيحية والزيارات الميدانية
• تقديم العروض التوضيحية وترتيب الزيارات الميدانية للعملاء لمساعدتهم على تصور استثماراتهم المحتملة.
• إتمام الصفقات
• تسهيل إتمام الصفقات العقارية في الوقت المناسب، والتأكد من إتمام جميع الوثائق والإجراءات اللازمة.

Duties and Responsibilities

Real Estate Sales

• Sell residential and commercial properties from the company’s inventory.
• Conduct property tours, provide information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.

Understanding Client Requirements

• Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and real estate investment opportunities.

Lead Generation

• Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.

Market Analysis

• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
• Provide clients with accurate and updated market information.

Client Relationship Management

• Ensure clients are well informed about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and loyalty.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to stay updated on changes in their real estate needs and offer ongoing support.

Presentations and Site Visits

• Deliver presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize potential investments.

Deal Closure

• Facilitate the timely closing of real estate transactions and ensure all required documentation and procedures are completed.

Requirements

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
