Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Conduct cold calls to reach prospective clients and introduce our recruitment services.
  • Marketing & Networking: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage LinkedIn, social media, and other online channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure alignment and achieve a seamless client experience.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture leads from initial contact through to client acquisition, ensuring a consistent pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Use CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up on leads and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within IT recruitment in Australia.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face sales.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
