Job Responsibilities:
Property Sales
- Sale of residential and commercial property from company inventory.
- Conduct property showings, provide information and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
Understanding Client Requirements
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
Lead Generation
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities.
Market Analysis
- Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
Managing Client Relationships
- Ensure that clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to stay updated on evolving changes in their property requirements and provide ongoing support.
Demonstration and Site Visits
- Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment.
Deal Closure
- Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
