Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for building the 0-1 matrix of financial accounts on TikTok, Facebook and similar platforms, including account positioning, strategy and operational management to achieve user transaction conversion.
2.In charge of planning, creative design, producing and release of financial short video content, making operational promotion plans to realize followers' growth.
3.Track and analyze video performance and user feedback data, continuously optimize results, propose corresponding strategies to enhance content conversion rates.
4.Be good at combining hot events or topics with marketing value, planning content program to promote and spread in time.
5.Research latest trends in all short video platforms, platform rules, industry competitor movements, etc.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. 985/211 university, with 3-5 years of experience in short video operation, successful creation of viral videos, and cases of nurturing accounts with over 300,000 followers.
2. Have experience in general finance and stock investment and be sensitive to various financial hotspots.
3. Active thinking, innovative spirit, continuously trying new creative and content forms.
4. Familiar with platform algorithm rules, recommendation rules, and content guidelines.
5. Fluent in English as a working language, management experience preferred, Bahasa is a plus.

KPI Requirement:
Reaching 300,000 followers with 2,000 deposit trading users and an average deposit of 1000 USD, reward 2-month salary as year-end bouns; if reaching 500,000 followers with 3,000 depositing trading users and an average deposit of 1000 USD, reward 6-month salary as year-end bonus.
Probation requirements:
1. The account matrix has been built, and the content form that users like has been verified, and the number of fans has reached 10w+.
2. The average vv of videos is above the average level of financial content, and the number of viral videos is not less than 2 per month.
3. The number of FTD users reached 600+, with an average deposit of 1000usd.
4.The team runs stably and can consistently output high-quality content.
