Sales Business Director Assistant

  1. Order management: manage the key account order progress, ensure the forecast is reasonable and support the team to finish the order smoothly, report to the Sales Business Director weekly.
  2. Sales project operation management: follow up the sales project progress, make sure the sales project going on smoothly, and prepare the report and report to the office monthly.
  3. Customer relationship management: Support the sales business director to manage the key account’s customer activities, and organize the customer activities directly.
  4. Finish the other tasks that need to be finished which are arranged by the company.

Requirements

1. Understand Chinese, which can be used as the working language (mandatory).

2. Office (Excel, PPT, and Word) capabilities

3. Business analysis and understanding of sales and accounts

4. Planning and organization capabilities for sales and accounts business operations

5. Good Communication with other people and team work.
