In this role, you will:
• Lead end-to-end CRM projects, including system implementations, integrations, and performance enhancements.
• Work with business teams to capture and refine needs, translating them into clear functional documentation and user stories.
• Continuously assess system processes, introduce improvements, and align configurations to evolving business goals.
• Act as the main liaison for CRM initiatives, ensuring collaboration and alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with developers and architects to design, configure, and validate CRM features that meet operational and strategic requirements.
• Evaluate customer information and user metrics to identify opportunities, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Develop training materials, host knowledge sessions, and deliver ongoing assistance to CRM users across departments.
• Plan and execute change management strategies for system rollouts, including communication plans, documentation, and user adoption programs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing systems, including analytics, customer engagement platforms, and campaign management
• Strong understanding of modern CRM solutions (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) and their core modules
• Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify key performance trends, and present insights through dashboards or visual reports
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working across multifunctional teams and vendors
• Demonstrated project management experience — from scoping and scheduling through delivery and post-implementation review
• Skilled in documenting requirements, mapping workflows, and defining business processes for system enhancements
• Hands-on familiarity with CRM customization, including configuration of entities, fields, workflows, and automation rules
• Experience with digital marketing tools, e-commerce integrations, and documentation platforms such as Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of low-code solutions (e.g., Power Apps, workflow automation tools, or app builders)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Bonus skills:
• Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills is an asset.
