Sales Associate reporting to the Head Sales Team, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Front-to-back responsibility for the account opening process of end-clients of our institutional partners by conducting proper documentation review and preparing KYC pack for Compliance,
  • Assist the Relationship Managers and team in managing day-to-day client interactions and inquiries,
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information to client enquiries in the day-to-day business, ensuring high quality assistance to our clients and sales administration,
  • Provide full support to all Sales team members to ensure good internal service level and client satisfaction,
  • Ensure all client records and documentation adhere to compliance and regulatory standards,
  • Assist and coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading, Risk) to ensure smooth business operations,
  • Contribute to improve systems and tools in internal project boards,
  • Other administration/support tasks as assignment from Department Heads,
  • Proactively suggesting new ideas on way to improve our business objectives and processes.
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar fields; or equivalent work experience,
  • 1 - 3 years of private banking/private wealth management experience,
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and the private Wealth Management space,
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages, including as mandatory English and Mandarin - Chinese,
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
  • Reliable work ethic with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance,
  • Ability to proactively address client inquiries and issues, providing solutions and support as needed,
  • Being able to work in a team and autonomously and under pressure,
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively,
  • Sense of urgency and high energy,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and effective in maintaining working relationships with all stakeholders.
