Overview
Block Renovation is on a mission to transform home renovation. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our contractor network—sourcing, engaging, and converting high-quality contractors to join our platform. Think of this role as a key growth role - part recruiter, part BDR/SDR.

The initial annual on-target earnings for this position is expected to range from $90,000 to $110,000 for a NY-based or remote position. Actual compensation will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
