SPAR, Clancy Quay, Dublin 8 require full time Sales Assistants to join their amazing team.

The Role:

SALES ASSISTANT

Being a sales assistant at the Clarke Group, means you will be trained in the following areas of the store; checkout, deli, barista & shop floor.

To role of sales assistant is to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner providing an exceptional standard of customer care

MAIN DUTIES

• To deliver exceptional Customer Service to all customers at all times

• Preparation of food products for sale in accordance with all company hygiene and food safety procedures

• To complete customer sales at the checkout in a warm and friendly manner

• Ensuring that products are merchandised and presented to the highest standard

• Compliance with all Health & Safety Regulations

• To follow departmental opening and closing procedures

• To be familiar with all price promotions and continuity promotions and be able to explain and promote to our customers.

• Ensuring the store is tidy and well presented at all times

• To deal with customer queries in a professional and pleasant way and refer to the store manager where appropriate

• To work as part of a team and to engage with you colleagues
