Sales Assistant (admin/support)

Sinag Solutions is seeking a trustworthy and proactive Sales Assistant (admin/support) to provide full sales support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, proficiency in using Generative AI tools for creating client proposals from templates, and a courteous approach to following up with clients. This hybrid role requires presence in the office 1 to 3 times per week.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations using templates enhanced by Gen AI tools.
• Follow up courteously and professionally with clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with timely and accurate client and sales data, leveraging AI automation where possible.
• Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage client inquiries, schedule meetings, process orders, and perform general sales administrative tasks.
• Support marketing initiatives, competitive research, and internal onboarding to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistical support for sales events and training session

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience or familiarity with Generative AI tools for sales and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Good interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work on-site 1-3 days per week with flexibility.
