What You’ll Do as a Staff Solution Engineer at Arteris
Join our innovative team and help shape the future of semiconductor technology, specifically system-on-chip (SoC) and chiplets. In this role, you will contribute to enabling efficient integration of Arteris IP and tool products into customer SoC and chiplet designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impact across cutting-edge products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define cross-product design flows to ensure seamless integration across Arteris products.
- Rapidly prototype innovative solutions to address customer needs
- Partner with customers to demonstrate, validate, refine, and optimize proposed solutions.
- Develop training materials and technical documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and application engineering teams to drive solution excellence.
- Influence product development to ensure interoperability and alignment with customer requirements.
- Represent Arteris in global customer engagements, with travel expected 15%–25%.
What You Bring
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of System-on-Chip (SoC) architecture and design principles
- Proficiency in Python programming for automation and data processing tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technical challenges
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and customers
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with IP integration concepts and EDA tool flows
- Exposure to network-on-chip (NoC) technologies or interconnect design
- Experience with scripting for design automation or CAD environment setup
- Knowledge of ARM or RISC-V ecosystems (CPU, interfaces, fabrics)
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- A few years of relevant experience in semiconductor or SoC-related fields or a recent graduate
