Responsible for sales targets for all partners according to management
Ensure all programs that are made run well in all partners and program sales targets can be met
Coordinate with the senior operational partner team to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field
issues
Ensure all field teams follow directions from management
Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners
Assisting the field team training and refreshment training process with partners (offline/online)
Conduct Daily, weekly reviews with partners (offline/online)
Have a minimum bachelor's degree in any major or at least have a minimum of 5 years experience as a sales manager in the smartphone and electronics retail industry
Has a strong network in the retail industry
Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions;
Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
