Our client in the healthtech industry is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to build and optimize internal systems that support long-cycle healthcare sales and marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys designing AI-powered workflows, managing CRM platforms, and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination. You’ll be the operational backbone of the commercial team, owning CRM administration, automating workflows, and building attribution models that connect marketing efforts to revenue outcomes. Your work will directly impact how efficiently the team operates and scales.

What you will do:

  • Own CRM administration (HubSpot), including advanced workflow design and optimization.
  • Implement AI-powered automation for market monitoring, prospecting, email sequences, and internal coordination.
  • Build and maintain Notion databases to support cross-functional project tracking.
  • Develop multi-touch attribution models to connect marketing campaigns to long-term sales outcomes.
  • Ensure data integrity and complete tracking across 12–18 month healthcare sales cycles.
  • Support other teams with workflow automation and operational system design.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between marketing, sales, and commercial leadership.
     
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales operations within B2B SaaS or healthcare
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot administration and workflow design
  • Proven track record of implementing AI workflow automation
  • Experience building databases and systems in Notion
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in multi-touch attribution modeling
  • Experience supporting both sales and marketing teams simultaneously
  • Understanding of medical affairs and clinical partnership workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of GDPR and EU data regulations related to health data
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, takes initiative without waiting for direction
  • Skilled at transforming chaotic processes into systematic, repeatable workflows
  • Maintains data integrity and ensures nothing falls through the cracks
  • Leverages AI tools to eliminate manual work and boost efficiency
  • Collaborates across teams to improve operational systems.
