We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Development professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales outreach, lead generation, and community engagement. You will play a key part in building the sales pipeline, expanding brand awareness, and nurturing relationships with potential customers and industry communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach emails to prospective clients to introduce Rakuna’s solutions

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through research, outbound campaigns, and follow-ups

  • Support the execution of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives

  • Manage and grow Rakuna’s presence across social platforms and online communities (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Slack communities)

  • Engage with online communities to build relationships and promote brand trust

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and outreach effectiveness

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and outreach activities in the CRM system

  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and lead generation strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (students in final year may be considered)
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English (spoken and written) - Mandatory
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
  • Experience or interest in using LinkedIn and social media for business purposes
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Persistence and discipline in their work, open-minded, and possess a positive work attitude.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required
