YOUR ROLE AS JUNIOR SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through various digital channels. You will be responsible for creating content, nurturing leads, and optimizing our marketing funnel to ensure that prospects convert into valuable clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in content creation, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Blogs and LinkedIn Posts: Develop compelling blog articles and LinkedIn posts to engage with our target audience, positioning the company as an industry leader.
  • Warm Nurture Emails: Craft personalized, engaging emails for nurturing leads and keeping them informed about our products/services.
  • Cold Outreach Sequences: Develop effective cold outreach email sequences to generate interest in our services and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Lead Magnets: Design and create downloadable content (e.g., eBooks, guides) for use as lead magnets on landing pages.
  • Landing Page Updates: Regularly update landing pages to align with call-to-action (CTA) strategies and lead magnet content, ensuring a seamless user experience and increased conversions.

Requirements

      • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or sales support.
      • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content for blogs and emails.
      • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
      • Experience with creating and optimizing landing pages (knowledge of tools like WordPress, Unbounce, etc.).
      • Strong understanding of lead generation and content marketing strategies.
      • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging CTAs and lead magnets.
      • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

      • Experience with SEO and keyword research.
      • Familiarity with social media management tools.
      • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
