Sales and Logistics Assistant

Pix4D is looking for a Sales and Logistics Assistant to join our APAC sales team in Tokyo, Japan, on an one year fixed term contract (with a possibility of an extension after this period).

As a global leader in drone mapping and photogrammetry software, Pix4D provides cutting-edge solutions to professionals across diverse industries. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our B2B sales operations across the APAC region by managing logistics, coordinating with our headquarters, and handling essential administrative and office-related tasks.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who can work independently while ensuring smooth operations and efficient collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware inventory and ensure proper stock management
• Track and monitor shipments and returns for the APAC region
• Provide administrative support to resellers across the region
• Manage inbound leads and handle software trial requests efficiently
• Process quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle vendor registrations and maintain up-to-date business profiles
• Develop and maintain internal documentation for sales administration procedures
• Support general administrative tasks, providing backup to the team during absences

Requirements

• Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to multi-task with attention to priorities
• Ability to priorities own workload
• Strong communication skills
• Well-versed in IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems)
• Strong attention to details
• Experience with Google Suite tools - Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive, etc. 
• Knowledge of Pix4D software drones and other geospatial products is a plus
• Knowledge of Hubspot, or another CRM is a plus 
• Proficient English and Japanese language skills, written and spoken required
