- Represent the brand professionally with a confident, warm, and solutions-driven approach
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to complete detailed needs analyses
- Design custom organizational solutions using CAD software (laptop/iPad provided)
- Deliver a consultative sales experience that focuses on win-win outcomes
- Attend monthly sales and skills-development meetings
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project completion
- Cultivate referrals and repeat business through excellent client relationships
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience or education in interior design or a strong ability to translate client needs into design driven sales solutions
- Proven success in sales or customer facing roles where relationship building and trust directly drive repeat and referral business
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, with a strong focus on closing and revenue growth
- Confidence in promoting and selling premium products
- Proficiency with basic computer programs; CAD experience is an asset
- Creativity paired with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday-Friday with some evenings and occasional weekends
- Ability to work in Edmonton showroom
- 12 weeks of paid, on- the- job training
