The Role:
This role will support the Senior Account Manager on our Total US (excluding mass) retailer accounts and demonstrate leadership of key elements of the account management process such as performance analysis, 4P decision making and execution of sales functions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support Senior Account Management: Aid in the development and execution of commercial strategies for ZURU’s brands.
Brand/Category Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned brands/categories, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.
Account Management: You will be assigned to support smaller or expanding accounts to further develop your account management skills. This includes overseeing customer relationships, fostering connections, and driving sales growth.
Collaborative Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to align on and achieve distribution goals, ensuring ZURU’s strategic initiatives are successfully implemented.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team/s to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and demand.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving commercial processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
Team Culture: Promote ZURU’s entrepreneurial culture, ensuring we put people first and maintain our innovative spirit as we grow.
Skills & Experience
1 year experience as an Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree: A relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Strong background in analytics, especially sales, shopper, and category insights
Strong understanding of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Previous experience / internship in FMCG or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is highly valued
Ability to build powerful category and shopper stories from comprehensive data sets to drive optimizations both internally and with the customer
Strong communication & influencing skills, with previous experience presenting to retail partners as a plus, but not required
Leadership capability including ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on business objectives
A drive to develop quickly alongside the business and a relentless spirit to “level-up” in a culture of consistent growth and improvement
Openness to give and receive feedback in a system of radical candour
