The Job at a Glance
The HVAC Sales Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, opportunities and potential issues to inform sales strategies, forecast sales, and support the HVAC sales team in achieving revenue targets by providing actionable insights through data-driven reports and analysis.
A Typical Day
- Identify potential growth opportunities within North America by analyzing market data and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to develop targeted sales strategies and action plans for each territory.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities within the territory.
- Generate regular sales reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Identify high-value customers and develop targeted retention strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior, purchase history, and market penetration to understand customer segmentation.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex sales data in clear and actionable reports.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HVAC sales team is well positioned for success.
- You have 2 to 3 years, minimum work experience as an outside Sales Representative or similar role
- You consider yourself a critical thinker
- You are highly independent and require minimum supervision
- You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
- You have great presentation skills utilizing visualization tools to clearly communicate
- You are resilient with a solid and proven track record in achieving sales targets
