▪Maintain sales and orders database updated
▪Produce sales reports and maintain sales records
▪Share market information with the sales team and corporate functions.
▪Support for sales statistical analysis: articles, average prices, etc.
▪Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested ▪Communicate important feedback to sales manager and/or other internal departments ▪ Provide post-sale customer support ▪ Order Management and Princing Management (price list upload and price analysis)
▪ Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred ▪1- 2 years experience in sales administration, or a similar role
▪ experience working with SAP
▪ exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
▪ proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software ▪ experience in working with international teams preferred
▪ proficient in minimum 2 languages, English and Italian is mandatory, french is considered a plus
