This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Advisor who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing in your role:
Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
Building a great rapport with customers
Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
Converting interest into sales
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Ensuring the space always has premium standards
What experience you’ll need to be successful:
Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
Ability to work independently where required
Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
Excellent communication skills
A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
Able to cover other stores when needed ( travel expenses will be provided)

Work between Thursday- Sunday
Shifts: Thursday- Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 12noon-6pm
Cover other stores when needed ( Harrods, John Lewis in Oxford street and Kingston)
