ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our high-performance Retail Team – BRUNA is opening its first Flagship Store in Vienna!

We’re looking for full-time Sales Advisors who are passionate about people, style, and community. Are you a self-driven and ambitious person who loves meeting new people, has a genuine interest in our community, and thrives in a team environment? In this role you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience and building meaningful connections with our clients - all while contributing to our team’s performance and values.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You showcase our unique jewelry pieces and skillfully present them.
  • Deliver exceptional, memorable in-store experiences that reflect BRUNA’s values and aesthetic
  • Build genuine, personal connections with our clients and foster a strong sense of community
  • Advise and style clients with confidence, backed by solid product and brand knowledge
  • Actively contribute to sales targets and KPIs - together with your team, not just for them
  • Maintain our visual merchandising standards and support day-to-day store operations
  • Bring positive energy and a solution-oriented mindset to every customer interaction
  • Stay informed on product drops, collections, and style trends relevant to our audience
  • Be aware of what’s happening in Vienna’s creative and fashion scenes - and use that to inspire conversations
  • Take initiative, work independently when needed, and always look for ways to improve
  • Collaborate closely with the team and Store Manager to create a high-performing, inspiring work environment

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • You have previous experience in retail or client-facing roles 
  • You have a strong sense of personal style and a passion for fashion and people
  • You’re structured, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative or solve things independently
  • You bring positive energy, humility, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • You're curious, open to feedback, and always looking to learn and grow
  • You care about delivering quality and making a real impact through your work
  • You communicate clearly and confidently - especially with clients
  • Native-level German is required; fluency in English is a strong plus
  • You’re flexible and open to working hours that align with business needs
  • You align with BRUNA’s values and are excited to shape what’s next

Compensation is based on the collective agreement minimum salary, with the opportunity for overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
