Sales Advisor for Educational Institution

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through phone calls and relevant communication channels
• Develop and implement targeted promotional strategies.
• Advise and promote educational programs, seminars and workshops
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native speakers of Greek language.
• Previous experience in a call center, with a high influx of incoming calls, is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates a sales-oriented character with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A sales-oriented profile emphasizing revenue generation and achieving targets.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
