We're looking for a driven Sales Advisor who will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through our quote process and ensure they receive a best-in-class experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building trust and confidence while converting leads into accepted quotes. Your ability to communicate clearly, and deliver an exceptional service will directly impact Eden’s growth.

On any given day you could be doing many of the following:

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Conduct effective sales calls to prospective clients who have requested a quote, answering questions and driving quote conversion
  • Actively listen to understand client needs and explain the Eden conveyancing process
  • Monitor and respond to incoming enquiries via email or phone

Organisation & Task Management

  • Manage daily tasks effectively to meet individual KPIs and targets
  • Keep CRM prospect and quote data accurate and up to date
  • Maintain accurate and compliant notes in line with GDPR requirements

Client Focus & Service Excellence

  • Deliver a high standard of service and respond to client queries within our Service Level Agreement timeframes
  • Demonstrate understanding of client needs and preferences
  • Follow through on commitments to ensure client satisfaction

Sales & Commercial Acumen

  • Apply consultative sales techniques to engage clients, achieve call volume and sales conversion targets
  • Understand Eden’s products, services and value proposition
  • Recognise margin impact of discounting and apply appropriately
  • Assist marketing with marketing activity
  • Provide support, cover team members and any general administration tasks on an ad hoc basis

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales and client engagement (property, fintech, legal services or mortgage industry preferred)
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting sales KPIs
  • Proven experience of converting prospects to clients
  • Highly organised with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills
  • Warm, confident and personable communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and maintain accurate, compliant notes (GDPR awareness essential)
  • Strong affinity for digital technology
  • Thrives in a high-growth, target driven, fast-paced environment
